I don’t know how to set it up but I put all new batteries in the houses and pond. Santa house talks and lights up. Idk if the skating pond is supposed to move or not but it does not move but lights blink on and off. The gift station has a light on top that lights up when lever is pushed. I do not know if it should have more tracks or not but you will be getting everything in the pictures. Not sure if this is the engine it is supposed to have but it works and pulls the train. Has some minimal scuffs but overall nice condition for the age. Lots of fun if you know how to make it do all the fun things trains do! Ask any questions and I’ll do my best to answer them.
