The train set has been tested and is in great working condition. No box included but it does include the styrofoam packaging for easy storage. The locomotive is missing a connector clip but since the tender car (the 2nd car) has one you can still run the train. The tender car is the one that picks up power from the track and sends it to the locomotive to make it go and also to the other cars.

Crakewood by karen didion santa train teddy bear set. Gorgeous set by Karen Didion. I do not have the pieces that connect all 3 trains. I have looked it over and dont see any missing pieces that being said I dont know exactly how its supposed to look so if you need more photos let me know. Super cool to sit out for the holidays.
