This was taken out of the box and tested it. It’s working great. I’m not sure it was ever really used. Maybe once or twice some of the plastic clips on the track I’ve cracked. This is no issue with this set, but it doesn’t affect the operation the track still side together And stay together, but a few of the plastic clips broke. It’s gonna happen if someone doesn’t take it apart gently he only seems to be a few spots. Overall condition is very good. The passenger cars and remaining components are in great condition with minimal signs of use. The locomotive shows some cosmetic wear on the smokestack area as shown in the photos. The original smoke oil bottle is missing. The original box is included but shows storage wear. The bottom portion of the box is somewhat flimsy from age but still holds together and functions for storage. Foam insert is present.
