Hi, I’m glad you stopped by because this is such a nice set. I bought this at an estate sale because it was really in great shape. I will list this as used because the box has been opened, but I do know that some of the packages inside were still sealed. I opened them to test the train and it works perfectly. This train is in like new condition. All the pieces have their original plastic wrapping and all pieces have the blue pull ribbons for easy removal from the sturdy Styrofoam box. I just love this train with Santa and all the elves. I smiled the whole time I was testing it. The features on the remote include. Forward, Reverse, Whistle (plays train whistle blowing), Christmas music button (plays up to three Christmas songs), Santa button (plays Santa saying Merry Christmas as he waves from the caboose) Bell button (plays the sound of the bells ringing), Volume & Stop. All the trains light-up and some have animation movements such as Santa waving, etc.. It also makes the sounds of a train starting up and choo-chooing down the track. This really is a festive, Christmas-y, happy train! It is G-gauge, nice quality and includes the following. 52 of circle tracks & 52 x 69 with straight tracks for an oval shape. On/off lighted power strip. A package of high quality bands instructions don’t say what they are for but they could be wheel bands?
